The Friends of Rach Thanksgiving Countdown continues with help from two of Rach's friends -- Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher and her daughter Emerson. "Thanksgiving is one of our favorite holidays," Teri says. "We have all of our friends over and it's just such a great holiday to be thankful for everything you have -- and to eat! I have a lot of vegetarian friends, and so usually at my house I cook way too much food because I make an entire thing for the vegetarians and an entire thing for the non-vegetarians."

Teri and Emerson prepare two versions of her Souped-Up Box Stuffing -- Sausage and Vegetarian -- and share another one of their recipes, Garlic Mashed Sweet Potatoes.

Rachael has a birthday gift for Emerson, who is turning 10years old -- a special kids cutting set that includes a glove to protect your fingers. (Check them out here.)
