After playing a round of "Celebrity Stump the Rach," Gayle King sits down at the kitchen table and dishes some behind-the-scenes stories from her cross-country roadtrip with Oprah. "I thought it was one of the greatest experiences," she says. "Without sounding schmalzy about the country, it was so nice to drive from California to New York and just really have an appreciation for the country and the people who live here ... Now if you talk to Oprah, she says it was one of, if not the worst experience of her life! Something about riding in the car with me for hours on end. You know, I love to sing and she likes to ride in silence. I sing along to everything, I don't care what it is, I love it. She said, 'You know, I would just like to ride and be with my thoughts.' Well, who likes to ride in a car for that long with just their thoughts?"
