"We are standing next to a gingerbread house that is literally taller than I am!" Rachael says, while introducing Jumeirah at Essex House executive pastry chef Deden Putra. "This is just the half of it!" he says, while explaining that it comes from their identical replica of their classic New York City hotel. "It took about two weeks [to create] ... we measured every window, every door."
