Olympic snowboarder Shaun White drops in and brings along his newest gold medal from the halfpipe in Vancouver! "This is the new model," he jokes, comparing it to his first gold from Torino, Italy. "I'm a collector!"

What's the recipe behind his high-flying tricks and exhilarating performances? "I eat so much, it's crazy!" the 23-year-old says. He even named his dazzling new trick from the Olympics after a meal. "The first thing that came into my head was, 'Call it The Tomahawk.' It was this steak that I'd eaten at this restaurant!"

Shaun became an elite athlete after overcoming a rare heart defect as a child, so he recently helped renovate the Target House in Memphis, TN, which gives families a place to live while their child is receiving long-term care for a variety of illnesses. "They're such brave kids and they go through all this stuff, and so this allows them to have this normal life."

"You are truly an Olympian in every sense of the word," Rachael tells Shaun.
