Love spas but don't have the time or money to indulge in the treatments? Never fear, Rach's buddy Gretta has an idea for a spa party that will allow you to spend time with your friends and pamper yourself for a fraction of the cost without even leaving the house! "It's a spa party. You can save time and money without sacrificing beauty or quality time with your girlfriends."

Gretta starts off by creating a theme for the party to revolve around. She serves kabobs and red wine for her Mediterranean theme, and the guests dress up in saris. "They're much less bulky and more fun than traditional spa bathrobes," she says.

(Get the recipes for the kabobs, goat cheese and herb bites, crab salad and lettuce bites, tomato herb bruschetta, marinated mushrooms and Olive Tapenade.)

Then Gretta mixes up the treatments. "It's actually really easy to recreate the treatments we use at my spa," she admits. "And it takes a fraction of the time and money to do it in your own home.

Gretta's simple spa treatment recipes:

Facial Masque

• 1 cucumber • 1 Tbsp lemon juice • 1 egg white • 1 Tbsp plain yogurt • 2 Tbsp powdered milk • 1 Tbsp honey

Blend all ingredients together in food processor. For a two-in-one masque plus exfoliating treatment, add in oatmeal.

Gretta's tip: "After the masque, pat fresh orange or grapefruit juice into your skin. This will provide you with a radiant glow."

Hair Masque

• 1 ripe mango • 1 Tbsp plain yogurt • 2 egg yolks

Blend together in food processor. Divide hair into sections and paint masque evenly onto hair.

Coconut Foot Treatment

• 1 tsp honey • 2 Tbsp sliced almonds • 1/2 cup coconut milk • 1 lemon, cut in half • Coarse salt or coarse raw sugar

In a small bowl, combine the honey, almonds and milk. Pour the mixture into a bowl large enough to soak both feet and add hot water. Soak your feet for a few minutes to get them soft, then dip the lemon halves in the salt or sugar and rub them on your feet to exfoliate. Soak your feet for 10 minutes more, and then pat them dry with a towel.
