"You look like Victoria Beckham!" says Rachael, as her fashion buddy Gretta walks out sporting a brand-new short haircut. "You look like a power player." Gretta, whose hair went from hanging down her back to a short bob, is equally surprised. "I can't believe it!" she exclaims. They invite her other half, Ricky, to join the celebration via Skype and he says sweetly, "You look beautiful!"
