"I have had to wait two long years for this reunion," says Rachael, as she welcomes Chandra Wilson back to the set. With Halloween coming up, the Grey's Anatomy star and her husband are searching for the perfect Halloween costume for their 3-year-old boy. "I need something with headgear," the actress jokes. "He was this precious baby, and then two months ago he just kind of switched. Now he's running into everything and tripping over stuff and just being this daredevil." As for her two older girls, ages 10 and 15, the parenting issues are a bit more complex. When Rachael asks if she's had to have the sex talk with them yet, Chandra replies, "Well, the girls grew up in New York, so we had to have that talk at 4!"

Juggling work and family keeps her busy, but she still manages to make time for herself. "It's really hard for me to do," she says. "You put everything else on the calendar so you have to put you -- just you -- on the calendar as well. Otherwise it won't happen."
