Bob says the top of his balding head looks like "a couple of frying bacon strips!" He's got a good sense of humor about it, but says it's affecting his luck with the ladies and his self-esteem. He wants Rachael's help: Should his next step be a toupee? Hair plugs? Or just shave it all off?

Rachael assures him that bald men are sexy (hello, did anyone say Ed Harris?), and that women would much rather have a guy with a great sense of humor than a full head of hair. Besides, some toupees and plugs give new meaning to "having a bad hair day" -- something Rachael knows all about!

In the end, Bob decides to go with a clean, close-cropped look -- without the mustache -- and he shaves 10 years off his appearance as well!
