Meet a hairdresser who has been making other women look their best for more than 30 years, while she hasn't changed her own style in ages! "I think I look frumpy, I think I look dated," says 49-year-old Joyce, whose own beauty routine consists of no makeup and a "scrunch and go" look that saves her time in the morning. "Clients don't ask for my hairstyle!" she admits. Now that she is co-owner of a salon in Plymouth, Mass., Joyce realizes it's time to get a more sophisticated look and a fresh start. "I want to feel revived and I want to feel a little more alive."

Rachael brings in her own personal hair stylist, Rodney Cutler, who is eager to get started with the makeover: "This is right up my alley!" he says.
