Halloween Family Makeover

This Halloween, the Murray kids want to dress as characters from one of their favorite movies, The Wizard of Oz. But their mom Rebecca is facing a dilemma in these tough economic times: "I think we're just like any other single-income family out there that wants to spend the money on the children and have fun," she says, "but you have to watch what you spending on right now -- you have to buy the milk over the $60 costume."

Rebecca would like nothing more than to give her kids the Halloween they deserve -- and to have her police sergeant husband join in the fun. "My husband would never wear a costume," she explains. "But he might do it if Rachael Ray were to ask him!" As Rebecca learns, ask and ye shall receive! Rachael has a team of professionals turn this family into the Tin Man, the Scarecrow, the Wicked Witch of the West, Dorothy ... and even dad into the Cowardly Lion!
