The surprises keep coming for Rachael on her 40th birthday! After she blows out the candles, Valerie Bertinelli introduces one last birthday wish from a very special friend: "Rachael, I heard you're turning 40?" says Oprah in a videotaped message. "It's great! It is the most fun you have had in your life -- guarantee it!" She even creates her own Rachael-ism for it: "It is the yummo-iest!"

Rachael says she's "the luckiest girl in the world," and thanks all her buddies, guests and fans for their support. "Thanks for the greatest job anybody could have."
