"Hey Rachael! I live in a tiny apartment with a roommate, and I take a tiny, crowded bus to get to work. Sometimes when I'm in my tiny cubicle on the top floor of my building, I wonder what it would be like to just jump out that window (with an elastic band holding me, of course!) and feel the freedom and exhilaration that that would be like. If Rachael would send me bungee jumping, I would totally do it without fear. Well, maybe a little bit of fear..."

Rachael loves helping people overcome their fears, but when it comes to bungee jumping, Rachael's gonna keep her feet planted firmly on the ground: "Skydiving was one thing, but jumping 200 feet with a rubber band tied to your feet is just crazy!" Instead, Rachael enlists her adventure-seeking friend Dave LaHuta to take the plunge with Krissy at the Great Canadian Bungee.
