Hollywood stylist Rachel Zoe has dressed the likes of Demi Moore, Liv Tyler and Jennifer Garner, but she tells Rachael that you don't have to have movie star bucks in order to have movie star looks. "Some of the people I know with the most incredible and individual styles are people with very, very limited budgets," she says.
