Add a couple cinnamon sticks, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and it's "Mexican Cocoa" at $2 a cup. Top it with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and a couple of amaretto cookies, and you can charge $2.75!
For a sweet treat, try some Cream Cheese Dolci Ravioli.
Instead of a bowl of fruit salad, let the kids help you assemble some Fruit Sticks. Charge $2 a stick!
Since brunch wouldn't be complete without a cup o' Joe (or several), assemble a Coffee Bar, complete with assorted add-ins like syrups and liqueurs for a little extra flavor.
