Mally's Guide to Getting Celebrity Lashes

Not sure how to get luxurious lashes like some of your favorite stars? Rachael's beauty buddy Mally Roncal shows you four options to lengthen and plump up your lashes so you can look younger, fresher and flirtier!

Lash extensions
"They literally take little lashes and glue them to your own lashes," Mally says, adding that the procedure costs around $500 with the results lasting six to eight weeks.

LashDip
Mally explains that this waterproof, semi-permanent mascara is applied at a salon in about an hour or two for around $250 and can last up to four months.

Latisse
Available by prescription from your dermatologist, Latisse actually helps to make your lashes grow, according to Mally.

False eyelashes
"It really is easy," Mally says, "and there's nothing scary about it once you figure out how to put them on." Mally's suggested method for applying false eyelashes is to first take your natural lashes as they are, curl them and put on one coat of mascara. "That's the trick," she says, "because it gives you a little shelf to put the lash on. Then put some glue on the lash, give it a few seconds to set a bit and drop it right on top of the shelf!"
