Grab a knife and get ready to rule the table with Rachael's tips for carving the perfect turkey:
Let the meat rest.
Stabilize a large cutting board with a wet paper towel or dish towel underneath it.
Cut the turkey along the breast bone with a sharp knife, pulling the meat away from the bone as you cut so you can see where you're going.
Cut down and around on an angle, separating the entire breast from the bird.
Carve the breast on an angle, then place pieces on a serving platter.
Now that the breast has been removed, take off the the drumstick and then repeat on the other side.
