Aired on: April 12, 2007

The last time Hannah stopped by, the creative mother of seven shared her tips for exfoliating your hands, keeping your fridge smelling fresh and keeping your kids busy while you make dinner. Now she's back with more tips on how to get your kids to eat fiber, how to get them dressed in the morning and more!

How to Get Your Kids to Eat More Fiber

What kid doesn't love brownies? Hannah infuses hers with black beans (for moisture and fiber), and puts in a bit of baby food prunes to enhance sweetness. Rachael says, "I do advocate hiding healthy food underneath cheese or pasta, but it might be a bit offsides messing with the kids' brownies!" Hannah defends, "What they don't know is not going to hurt them!" Get her recipe here!

How to Get Your Kids Dressed in the Morning

Mornings for moms can be insane -- trying to get the kids dressed, make breakfast, pack lunches. Hannah says, "You might not be able to get them to set out their clothes the night before, but you can if you make it fun." Trace out your child in cardboard and get some clothes pins. At night, the kids can play "paper dolls" with their clothes, but what they're actually doing is picking out their clothes for the next day!

How to Get Your Kids to Help Around the House

Chores and kids usually don't mix, but Hannah says that a creatively decorated sock puppet with an electrostatic dust cloth for a tongue will have your kids cleaning and having fun at the same time!

How to Get Your Kids Clean at Bath Time

Kids love playing in the bath, but getting them to actually use soap and water to clean themselves is a different story. Hannah suggests mixing some white-based moisturizing soap with a few dots of food coloring (not too much, you don't want to have rainbow-colored kids!) to create some awesome bath paints. The kids can use sponge brushes to paint (and clean) themselves or the walls. And it's easy to clean up afterward!
