Shoe expert Meghan Cleary likens walking in high heels to pilates, "it's all about your athletic core," she says, explaining that a woman's legs are merely "accessories you use to go forward." It's also important not to tense your knees and legs, and to bring your shoulders back a little for balance and added confidence. Rachael adds a tip of her own: When she wears pointy-toed heels, she always goes up half a size for comfort.
The audience will have no problem putting these new tips into practice because they're all getting a free pair of shoes courtesy of Faryl Robin (one of Rach's favorites)!
