In the latest "Human Lab," three viewers try products that claim to turn back the clock, a goal many women long to achieve. "Eighty-five to ninety percent of patients that I see do voice concerns that they want to look younger," Dr. Loretta Ciraldo, a dermatologist, tells Rachael. "Even young people are worried about looking younger."

"Wrinkles are taking over!"

Maureen, 53, is frustrated that her looks are aging faster than her spirit. "When you feel young inside and then look in the mirror, it's a little scary," she says. As a single woman, Maureen is concerned that her wrinkles are affecting her dating life. "I know they're only wrinkles," she says, "but I want them gone!" So she tries the Cosmetic Skin Solutions Derma Rolling System, which claims to stimulate production of collagen and improve existing wrinkles. After four weeks of use, Maureen says, "There's definitely a difference with my laugh lines, and I can see a big difference in the soft lines I was getting around my eyes ... it's like I had a little mini face-lift without having to go through the pain."

Dr. Ciraldo explains the science behind the rolling system. "If you take a man that has a lot of age spots and you look right in his beard area," she says, "he will not have the age spots ninety percent of the time -- it's a physical exfoliation, which is exactly what you're seeing here."

"I'm the woman, I'm supposed to look good!"

Madeline, 43, can only see one thing when she looks in a mirror now. "I just see someone getting old," she says. Madeline admits that she's not ready to look old -- at least not older than her husband. "He's seven years older than me," she says, "and people either think we're the same age, or maybe I'm older than him!" Madeline believes she would feel more confident if her face started looking better, so she tries Facial Magic, which claims to strengthen and contour the muscles of the face through facial exercises. Six weeks later, Madeline says, "I love the way it feels, and I love the results -- it's bringing my age a little younger, and I love that part of it."

Dr. Ciraldo weighs in. "The same way that all of us are thinking about toning our biceps and triceps," she says, "we should think about toning out facial muscles too."

"Ah! I'm getting more wrinkles!"

Kerry, 39, started noticing more wrinkles after the birth of her third child. She explains that she's primarily concerned with the area in between and under her eyes. "There's gotta be way to tackle these wrinkles!" she cries. Kerry tries the Evis Md Platinum Red Rejuvenating Facial Light, which claims to reduce aging through medical grade red light therapy. A month later, Kerry says she's still waiting to see a big change, but that others have already commented on changes. "People have told me that they definitely see a difference," she says, "So that was positive -- I'm excited about that."
