"Hungry Girl's" Recipes Under 300 Calories
Every Saturday on the Cooking Channel, "Hungry Girl" Lisa Lillien shows viewers how they can make simple swaps to their favorite foods and enjoy them for only a fraction of the fat and calories. Lisa's featuring many of these recipes in her new book, Hungry Girl 300 Under 300: 300 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Dishes Under 300 Calories. "I like to go for things that people think they can’t eat when they’re trying to watch their weight," she tells Rachael. "Like tacos, hamburgers, French fries, burritos ... things that you think are off limits if you are counting calories, but they absolutely are not!"
