The first time "Hungry Girl" Lisa Lillien was on the show, her tips for guilt-free eating prompted so many visits to our website that it crashed! "It's all about finding those decadent foods that you think you can't eat when you're watching you weight and then finding ways to eat them for an itty bitty fraction of the calories and fat," says Lisa, author of 200 Under 200: 200 Recipes Under 200 Calories.

But you can't make smart decisions at home if you've already mad bad ones at the grocery store, so Lisa heads to the market to give shoppers the tips they need to make the proper food choices. "I couldn't help but notice all of these fatty ingredients in your cart," she tells Kathy, a woman waiting at the checkout line. "I'm wondering what you're planning on doing with all of this." When the 47-year-old mom explains that she plans on making chicken with butter and cream sauce with bacon fried rice, Lisa knows that she's got her work cut out for her. Not only does Lisa give Kathy a few shopping tips (buy fat-free sour cream, substitute chicken breasts for thighs, and use Brummel & Brown butter substitute), but she also follows Kathy home to show her how to cook healthier meals without sacrificing flavor. When she gets the thumbs up from her family at dinner, Kathy knows that her swaps were a success. "I learned that you can make food that tastes delicious, that kids will love ... that don't have to have a lot of calories and fat, and everyone will enjoy them."
