When the new crop of American Idol contestants take to the stage, there's someone other than Simon, Paula, Randy and Kara sizing up the singers. "I travel with the judges, as you know, and the producers are looking at the contestants for their voice and if they have that quality," says stylist Mezhgan. "I'm looking at them like -- oh my God I can so help you out and I can not wait to get my hands on your face!"

Now Rachael is enlisting Mezhgan's skills to makeover a jittery teen who's going to be starting a new high school after her family's move. "I'm most worried about moving because I'm afraid that I'm not going to fit in anywhere and that nobody's going to like me," says Beth. The 13-year-old is a huge American Idol fan and had no idea she would be getting a makeover from Mezhgan. "Oh my god! I thought I was going to get a back-to-school makeover but I got so much more," Beth says, as they get started. "It does not get any better than this."

But it does! It's a double surprise when American Idol Jordin Sparks shows up and takes Beth on a shopping spree. "I read your story and it's so funny because it's exactly what I went through," Jordin tells Beth while helping her pick out some clothes. "Guess what tip I learned? Dark wash jeans are always slimming." They pair discover some stylish new dresses, jeans, shoes ... and a whole new attitude for Beth. "I feel great," Beth says. "It was so much fun doing this and I think it will give me so much more confidence going into school."
