"The Irish Rachael Ray" -- Clodagh McKenna
Meet the chef known as "The Irish Rachael Ray," Clodagh McKenna, who is bringing her cookbooks and TV series to the U.S. including Clodagh's Irish Food Trails on PBS this spring. She's giving you a preview of her culinary creations with her Rosemary and Garlic Infused Leg of Spring Lamb that's perfect for a St. Patrick's Day meal. "It's a family day," Clodagh explains of her March 17 celebrations back home. "I'll never forget the first St. Patrick's Day I spent in America — it was nuts. We were in the pub, I was Irish dancing for a drink!"
