"Is Our Sex Life Normal?"

What do you do when your husband is feeling amorous and all you can think about is all the housework you have to do? And do other couples find pizza to be an aphrodisiac? RelationTip expert Dennie Hughes answers the burning question these two couples have: "Is our sex life normal?"

Jillian and Mike were blessed when they had twins almost two years ago. But since then, their sex life has taken a steady decline. Mike is able to focus on the romance, but Jillian can't seem to shake the daily chores from her mind.

Dennie: "One of the biggest complaints I get from women who have newborn babies is 'How I wish I could just go to the bathroom by myself or find time for a shower!'

You need to get a disconnect from that. Pick a date night -- doesn't have to be every night -- but a day when you know you'll come home a little early from work. If you can't whip up a meal in the kitchen, bring some take-out home, but have food ready.

Mike, you're going to take care of the kids and say, "Honey, you go." Take a nice, long hot bath with the door shut by yourself; you can go to the gym, get a manicure -- anything that gets you out of the house and lets you decompress and gives you that disconnect.

When you get home, there should be a little something nice for you on the table: candles, music. Sit and talk like two adults. The kids are out of the way (they're in the house, they're safe). This is what I call the "be-foreplay" - you can't have foreplay unless you can be in the moment. I'm going to guarantee it will be worth the work and the wait."

Bridget & Conrad share a passion for cooking -- especially pizza. The first time Bridget made this, the oven wasn't the only thing heating up.

Dennie: "How sexy is that? Not that you need any help, but here's a relationTip if you want to change it up. Instead of making pizza, have a date night where you have to make something else -- something where you have to open the book and read the recipe. You'll focus together on the cooking and your mind doesn't wander and your hands don't wander. You can actually get to sit down and eat! And whatever you want to do for dessert is up to you."
