Designer Isaac Mizrahi teams up with Rachael to prove he's just as talented in the kitchen as he is in fashion by making his Mushroom Truffle Spaghetti from the American Fashion Cookbook. "I'm freaking out it's so delicious," he says, while joking that even though he works in fashion he still loves a nice bowl of pasta. "We eat," he reassures Rachael, "in moderation!"

After finishing up in the kitchen, Isaac whips up an adorable outfit, including a bright trench coat, for a modern look.
