Dean Cain loved playing "Superman" on TV, but there's one role he would take over Superman any day -- Super Dad. "My son Christopher is 6 1/2 and he is everything to me," Dean says proudly. But even Super Dad faces his challenges: "I didn't know how to cook at all when he was born. Now I have to cook for him and so I've got to know what he likes to eat ... and he's pretty picky!" Rachael comes to Dean's rescue with her recipe for Italian Barbeque.

When he's not being Super Dad, Dean is helping other parents keep their kids safe. He wants to inform parents about Safeteendriver.org, a Web site with important and practical information for parents and their driving teens. The site was created by Bruce Murakami, whose wife and daughter were killed by a street racer. Dean plays Bruce in the upcoming Hallmark Hall of Fame movie, Road to Redemption.
