He's starring with Uma Thurman in the new movie The Accidental Husband, but it's his role on Grey's Anatomy that people are still talking about. "I think I'll be Denny to a lot of people for a long time," he says as the in-studio audience cheers and Rachael joins their praises. "It was one of the best television exits, ever!" she notes.

Jeffrey has since been enjoying his success, but perhaps not nearly as much as his mom! "She came with me to the P.S. I love You premiere," he says. "My mom is ridiculous about Harry Connick, Jr. She met him on the red carpet going in and she like broke down in tears and she was sweating. She totally yelped when she saw him, an audible scream! It was very cute and funny and I think that may be the best part of having this kind of success -- sharing it with my family."

That family includes the femme he would want with him if he were stranded on a desert island. "It's the love of my life. It's my dog Bisou Morgan," he gushes as Rachael brings the 11-year-old dog out on stage. Click on the video above for the adorable reunion!
