"Back in the day, everybody wanted to be Jennifer Beals," Rachael says, as she welcomes the Flashdance star to the studio and recalls her signature 80s look. "We all wore the sweatshirt!"

"I am just so excited to be here," Jennifer responds, while joking, "My husband is so excited that I'm here, he's thinking that I might learn something!" She admits she's not much of a cook, but is trying to learn. "I'm working on my beet dishes. I'm doing OK with the beets now, this is a big step forward!"

When she's not sharpening her cooking skills, Jennifer is keeping busy with her new FOX crime series, The Chicago Code. She jokes it's a bit of a switch from her last series. "The L World was an all-female cast, predominantly, and so there's a lot of talking going on," she jokes, "talking through every little bit of the scene and on Chicago Code it's just, 'Were going to go do it!'"
