Joey shares his secret with Rachael for making a hot dog with the works. The number one priority -- collecting the money! "First, I ask you for $1 for the hot dog," he says. "Then I put the money away in my apron. Next I open the bun -- the hot dog goes in first and you gotta thumb the bun to get a good grab. Then you always turn the onions first before laying them on top of the dog. The kraut goes on next and then the relish. And lastly, some mustard."

Rachael likes Joey's hot dog with the works so much that she has him make them for the entire audience!
