When Rachael started to promote healthy eating with her charity, Yum-o!, she ended up working with a former president on the effort! Former President Bill Clinton joined her for a special one night only restaurant with kid chefs last spring, and now he's back to announce his Go Healthy Challenge. "We want families to recommit to eating better and getting more exercise," says President Bill Clinton, whose Alliance For a Healthier Generation has both information for schools and fun activity guides to help kids track what they eat as part of the challenge. "With nearly 25 million children overweight or obese in our country the challenge is one important step your child can take on the path to a healthier lifestyle. It's fun, easy and free, and kids and parents can do it together."
