He worked with Bruce Willis in the action packed hit Live Free or Die Hard, but Justin Long says he took more risks on the set of a goofy comedy. "Doing Dodge Ball I remember I was getting pummeled," Justin tells Rachael, as they used a machine to fire balls at the actors. "The machine was set really high and for 20 minutes I was just getting pummeled and pummeled, and then Vince Vaughn went to do his scene next... and it hit him in the chest and he went, 'Oh come on, that's way too fast. You gotta turn that down!' And all the crew guys were sort of snickering because I had been taking it. He loves telling that story."

For his latest movie, Alvin and the Chipmunks, it's just his voice that's being put to the test. The role of Alvin brought him back to his childhood as he has two brothers. "I'm the middle brother and kind of the more mischievous one, and I have an older brother that's slightly more serious, kind of like Simon, and my little brother I would say is more like Theodore." Rachael asks if they ever went as the trio for Halloween and Justin says they opted for the Marx Brothers, but it wasn't a success for him as he played Chico. "When you're a kid you can't do an Italian accent ... it was terrible."
