Katherine Schwarzenegger, the eldest daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, is trying to change the world. The 20-year-old is not only a student, but also an activist and Dove's self-esteem ambassador for youth as part of the company's Real Campaign. Katherine's dedication to the subject of body image inspired her to pen her book, Rock What You’ve Got, in which she tackles the idea of real beauty and the importance of the mother-daughter relationship. “I think moms have a huge responsibility as to how daughters view themselves," she tells Rachael. "As daughters, we watch our moms, we watch how they behave - whether that’s how they behave to a cashier at the grocery store or how they look at themselves in the mirror - and what they say about themselves."
