After five seasons of playing the level-headed "E" who guides his friend's movie career on HBO's Entourage, Kevin Connolly tells Rachael that he's gained a new appreciation for managers. "It's not as easy as it looks," he admits. "I have a whole new respect for my agents. I give them a lot of leeway after being on Entourage -- it's their responsibility to keep you working, so there's a lot of pressure on them."
