Supermom and Rizzoli & Isles cop Angie Harmon loves cooking with her kids and wants to inspire everyone to spend time with their family in the kitchen. "You're teaching them about nutrition without necessarily giving them their lesson," the mom of three explains. "They don't feel like they're being taught at, they're involved!" To encourage more parents to connect with their kids one meal at a time and give them a healthy beginning in life, she's teaming with Uncle Ben's and Rachael to launch Ben's Beginners Cooking Contest!
