When Rachael calls Sue Wasserman to find out how she did making her recipe for Braised Pork Chops, she learns that this viewer had shied away from making pork because it always turned out dry for her. But then Sue, who lives near an apple orchard, found Rachael's recipe that called for Golden Delicious apples, and pork was back on her dinner table. "If you could scratch and sniff that picture," she says about the photo of her holding her successful dish, "your audience could smell it because it smells so good in my house!" Rachael then surprises Sue with $500 -- that'll buy a whole lot of apples!
