Kris Jenner is back in the studio for some "rumor patrol" and Rachael gets started by asking about her daughter, Khloe. "I know that the big rumor now on the cover of some magazine is that Khloe’s pregnant and heartbroken," Kris explains. "She’s not pregnant!" Still, the Kardashian mom is looking forward to the day when her family further expands! "Oh, I wish I was having another grand baby!"

It's been more than a year since she became a grandmother and Kris remains head-over-heels for the adorable 13-month-old. "It's crazy, Mason has sort of really changed my life, so much so that I am now re-doing my entire backyard!" Kris says. "All I wanted was a little pool cover, you know, and I got a little carried away. I’m like, 'Mason you’re costing grandma a fortune!'"

Rachael also wants the latest on her other daughters, who recently traded sunny L.A. for the East Coast in their new E! reality show, Kourtney & Kim Take New York. "Kim was really excited to come to New York and kind of get the flavor of the New York dating scene - you know, and really kind of change it up a bit - because she got a little rusty in L.A.," Kris jokes. So how's it going? "She's just having fun!"

Kris is also helping to keep her daughters busy with their business, which includes a new clothing line. "Every year I think it's really important for everybody to set goals for themselves and, like, what you want to accomplish for the year, and I wanted the girls to have like their own clothing line with a retail partner, so we just signed a big deal with Sears that I’m very proud!"
