Lara dishes about the latest hip products to hit the market (check out the gallery and links to the right), and Rachael gives a special shout-out to Samsung, who donated $50,000 worth of products to Enterprise High, the school devastated by a tornado in early 2007. "They just continue to do so much," Rachael explains. "They have the Samsung Hope for Education program. They've supplied technical equipment to schools since 2004, they've helped 250 U.S. schools and they've given away $7 million. So when you're out there picking and choosing your products, they're people that help make a difference."

Next, Rachael is in for a big surprise when Lara shows her Derek Jeter's new cologne, Driven Black -- and then brings in the sexy ballplayer to talk about it himself! Derek tells the women about a benefit of working with Avon on his new scent. "There are 650,000 Avon people," he says, "most of them female, who are selling this, so I get to work with a lot of great women!"
