As little people, Amy and Matt Roloff deal with certain challenges that most people of average height take for granted. But as parents, they face the same problem with their four kids that all parents have to deal with -- how do you cook dinner for your family when some of the kids are home, others have soccer practice, and then another brings home three or four friends? The stars of Little People, Big World ask Rachael to give them some suggestions for a meal that they can cook that would be perfect for a small group or a big group, that would be good at 6pm or 8pm or even a couple of days later.

Rachael's got the solution with Paprika Chicken Stew - "a nice meal that really stretches the buck, and it gets better and better as your reheat it," Rachael explains. But when it comes to adding palmfuls of spices, Amy's got some news for Rachael.

How do you measure a "palmful?"

In addition to their program on TLC, you can learn more about Matt and his family in his new book, Little Family Big Values.
