Elizabeth Hurley
She's known as the face of Estée Lauder and often spends her evenings wearing gowns on the red carpet, so how did Elizabeth Hurley end up as a farmer? "When I had my son, who is 7-and-1/2 now, I decided that I wanted to completely change my life around," the British beauty tells Rachael. "I just wanted him to have a very regular life ... and so I bought a farm and we moved out there!" She has since turned this hobby into a business. "Now I have an organic farm and we sell our organic meat at the market, and next month I'm launching in Europe my first organic low-fat, low-calorie snacks."
When she's not working, Elizabeth says she has three important men in her life: her son Damian, her husband, and her high-profile ex Hugh Grant. "We were together for 14 years; for me, it would just be impossible not to have him as my best friend. He's one of Damian's godfathers; we all go on vacation together. My husband sort of took a deep breath and a gulp at the beginning when I said, 'You know, Hugh will be joining us this Christmas and Hugh will be joining us this holiday,' but now they're best mates!"
Elizabeth's other long-running relationship is her 15-year association with Estée Lauder, which includes participation in their fight against breast cancer. She is joined by Evelyn Lauder at the kitchen table to reveal one of their fund-raising skin care products for October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
