He's been through weapons training classes with the Marines and learned sophisticated interrogation tactics in order to get ready for the new series NCIS: Los Angeles, but LL Cool J jokes that the grind of working on a weekly TV series is teaching him an even more useful lesson. "I've learned what 'hump day' really is. I was on tour my whole life so I didn't know," he tells Rach, noting he now understands what everyone means by reaching the mid-week hurdle. "I can relate!"

Though he's enjoying his new gig, the veteran rapper is not about to give up the mic. He wrote a new song for his TV series and has a major announcement to share. "I got some really good news today. I got nominated to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!" he says, adding he is grateful for the honor. Rachael is thrilled he is sharing the news on our show. "Congratulations, that is huge!" she says. "I want to go to that ceremony. I'll bring snacks!" LL loves the ideas and begs, "Please bring snacks!"
