Have you given up on the idea of trying to change your man's look? Erica is at her wit's end with the vibe her boyfriend Josh has been putting out for the last several years with his long hair, scraggly beard and endless array of t-shirts. "His laid back look is past due!" she cries. But since Josh is about to enter the job market, the 23-year-old knows that a change is on the horizon. "I don't want to be looking like a bum in the real workforce," he admits.

Gretta tells Rachael what she has in store for this makeover. "The plan is never to change someone's look so far away from their personality that they are not themselves anymore," she explains. "But c'mon, dude - you cannot go on a job interview looking like that!" With that, Josh puts his new look in Gretta's hands, and with the help of the folks from Cutler Salon and some new duds, the result is jaw-dropping!

"Now I know what job you're going to get," Rachael says trying to pick herself up off the floor. "Hot movie star!" And it's probably going to be a while before Josh returns to his old t-shirt & jeans look. "I think I look pretty darn good," he beams.
