While Kathy describes her makeup look as "bold, overwhelming sometimes and bright," her sister-in-law Kristi has a slightly different take on it. "It's frightening sometimes to be honest!" She feels Kathy doesn't need all that makeup to make a statement. Celebrity makeup artist Mally Roncal offers these tips to help Kathy update her look and show off her features:

For the eyes - "Kathy has five different eye shadows going on at the same time," Mally points out. "You only need one, two max. And her eyeliner doesn't show off her beautiful eyes. If you need that black eyeliner, wear it on the top but wear a lighter eyeliner on the bottom."

For the cheeks - "You want to put blush only on the apples of your cheeks -- don't extend it to the side of your eye. Take a nice pink or peach blush and put it right on the apple. If you're trying to contour, don't do it with color -- do it with different levels of foundation or bronzer."

For the lips - "If you must use a lip liner, use one that matches your lip tone exactly -- not one that matches your lipstick. To get those soft pillow lips, use a soft lip gloss with a little bit of shimmer. And stay away from that matte dark color because that makes everything look smaller."

Mally puts her makeup skills to work on Kathy, and the results leave her sister-in-law Kristi in shock. "I love it!" exclaims the new Kathy. "My face feels ten pounds lighter! And I can see! My pores are screaming 'Thank you!'"
