Chef Mario Batali stops by for some double duty action! First, he's showing Rachael his recipe for Fettucine with Squash, available in The Celebrity Italian Table Cookbook. Mario explains that he and five other celebrities partnered with Barilla to create this free cookbook, and for every book downloaded from celebrityitaliantable.com, Barilla will donate $1 to America's Second Harvest -- The Nation's Food Bank Network.

Next, Mario exchanges his cooking apron for a referee hat when three football greats try to score in a recipe playoff! New York Jets offensive tackle D’Brickashaw Ferguson prepares his BLT Dip and Spicy Crab Cakes, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Joey Harrington is making Baby Back Ribs with a side of Creamy Corn Potato Mash, and former New York Giants running back Ottis Anderson is dishing up some heavy trash talk along with his Deep Fried Chicken. "I actually have an advantage," boasts Ottis. "My food is going to be better than theirs."

The young D'Brickashaw fires back at the veteran, "He's just intimidated by our youth!"

The players head to the kitchen for four quarters of intense competition, and after careful review by Mario, a champion is declared: Ottis Anderson!
