When Matt Dallas joins Rachael for a chat, he literally gets on her sweet side. "You are the first guest that ever came out here with a sundae!" Rachael says, as the star of Kyle XY brings out his creation. "I know you like cooking," Matt says, "I don't really know how to cook or make anything except for a chocolate chip cookie sundae. So I made you one," he explains after baking the cookie and assembling the sundae in Rachael's prep kitchen. (Watch him make it in this Online Exclusive!)

Rachael gushes and thanks him for the treat. "I'm a lucky girl!" she says.

Matt got his big break in Hollywood on the ABC Family sci-fi show Kyle XY, as a teenager with no belly button who arrives in Seattle with no knowledge of his past. When the series debuted in 2006, Matt's family went out of its way to show some support. "They had a huge crazy red carpet party," he says. "They had fake paparazzi; one aunt was pretending to be the talk show host ... My grandma was Sharon Osbourne. She had like the big red hair."

That same year Matt was named one of People's sexiest men -- but bad news ladies -- this TV actor says he has no time for romance. "We work a lot ... You hear celebrities say it all the time and you think it's just an excuse so they don't have to talk about their personal life, but really, I work 12 to 15 hours a day." Matt explains. "My dog is my best friend."
