A Fast-Food Diet
We've all heard of low fat diets, low carb diets and a million other fad diets that people swear by ... but a fast-food diet? "I've tried every diet in the book, but the only way for me to lose weight was eating at McDonald's every day," says Doug, who lost 15 pounds after one month of breakfast burritos, grilled chicken and salads at the Golden Arches. "I'm eating at my favorite place, I'm choosing the best food and I'm exercising and I'm losing weight!" he explains. Rachael congratulates Doug on his success and offers him his fist home-cooked meal in a month: Sliced Flat Iron Steak with Parmesan Crusted Oven Potatoes.
