Mena Suvari, who stars in the upcoming film Factory Girl, stops by to chat with Rachael. Because her name sounds similar to Mira Sorvino, Rachael wants to know if people ever mistake her for Mira. "I think she hates me because of that!" Mena jokes. But sometimes, Mena says, a funny thing happens when people do recognize her. "I mean it's always very positive," Mena says, "but people will just come up to me and rave on how they love the films that I'm in and they loved me, like 'Oh God, you're so great. What's your name?'"

On today's show, Rachael discusses teenage plastic surgery and the pressures put upon girls by society to fit a certain image. Rachael asks Mena, "Do you feel a lot of pressure all the time to not eat or work with a trainer? How seriously do you take your look?"

Mena says, "Well, I feel that pressure around me. It's important to me how I look and how I feel but what's most important is that I make it my own. I mean, I'm almost 28 years old. I love myself and I'm really happy with that. I've learned that I really don't have to please anybody, you know, and I think that's the biggest thing. And I think with a lot of the tabloids and what kids are exposed to these days, it's really scary. It's a sad thing. I don't feel that there's enough emphasis put on people, especially women and young girls, like really appreciating who they are and the fact that they're individual and not trying to be a set type."
