Dr. Phil recently welcomed some very special guests to his show to make a big announcement: his son Jay and his wife Erica shared the news that Dr. Phil was going to be a grandpa! But it was three times the joy when Erica's sisters, Jaclyn and Nicole, revealed that they were also expecting! The triplets tell Rachael that they always did things together since they were kids, but that Nicole almost ruined their plans when it came to motherhood. "We all wanted to get pregnant at the same time and go through it," explains Nicole, "but then I got pregnant and went, 'Oh no! I think my sisters are going to kill me!'" But then Erica and Jaclyn got pregnant too, and now they have another announcement to make: "We're all having girls!"

Nicole: "You get really, really tired, especially in the first trimester. So I just embraced that, 'I'm pregnant, I'm going to take a cat nap.' I would sleep on my desk, I would make my bed in the morning and then lay down on the bed because I literally couldn't stay awake. It just got me through the day to take these 20-minute cat naps. And I told myself, it's OK."

Jaclyn: "When you're shopping at the mall, they now have dedicated expectant mother parking spots up front. So when you're carrying all of your bags and it's been a long day, take advantage of those parking spots because they're there for women like us. It's great!"

Erica: "Take the time for yourself; realize that you're pregnant, so allow someone to carry your bags if you have a ton of groceries. Or throw the sympathy card at home with your husband. That was the hardest for us because growing up we always cooked dinner for ourselves, and we took care of ourselves ... and we still do."
