The battle for the next Food Network Star is in Rachael's kitchen and after eight weeks of competition it's down to six finalists! For today's challenge they must create a classic American dish while fielding a question from the audience. Next up is Whitney Chen, a New Yorker who says her winning strategy is to bring what she calls "4-star flair" to home cooking. "I'm going to teach you what I know about techniques," Whitney promises, "and show you step by step how you can really up the ante!" She is making white chicken chili two ways with a cool version for summer and one with gourmet garnishes for entertaining. "That is your 4-star chili!"
