NFL Great Joe Theismann
NFL great Joe Theismann has no favorites as a judge in the Super Bowl Recipe Playoff IV, but he gives Rachael his prediction for the big game this Sunday. "I'm taking the Green Bay Packers," he states. "Green Bay's defense is better than it was a year ago. And all of the Steelers fans out there, forgive me, it's just what I believe at this point. I think it's going to be one of the greatest Super Bowls we've ever seen."
Rachael asks Joe about the "AAA" pin he's sporting on his lapel. "It stands for Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm," he explains. "My father was diagnosed with one years ago. It's a bulge in the artery that carries blood from the heart to the lower extremities." Joe says that AAA is called a silent killer because over a million people are walking around unaware that they have it. He stresses that importance of annual physicals for those in their later 50s or early 60s, and to request a vascular ultrasound. "Takes about ten minutes," he says of the non-invasive test."
