For supermodel Niki Taylor, looking beautiful and gracing the covers of hundreds of magazines comes naturally. But flirting and dating? Not so much. Niki admits that she had her work cut out for her after she first met her fiancé, NASCAR Driver Burney Lamar.

"I knew when I saw him and I first talked to him that this was the guy I was going to marry. It wasn't the same for him, but I knew," she says. "I told my girlfriends. That's the guy I'm going to marry ... watch. It took about 8 more months. He was like, 'I didn't even know you liked me' I'm not that good at flirting. I'm the biggest dork."

Eventually, he got the message, and in September he asked Niki if she and her twin boys would spend the rest of their lives with him. (Of course, she said yes!)

She might not think she's an expert in the flirting department, but when it comes to being a smart businesswoman, Niki knows what she's doing. As part of her effort to help other women become successful in their own careers, proceeds from her fragrance "begin" will go toward the begin Foundation for the Advancement of Women in Business. The foundation's objective is to "enable women to have access to the same expertise and funding opportunities regardless of their educational or economic background."
